These terms apply to growconversion.io and to anything you send us through it: applications, booking requests, messages and websites you ask us to review. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
They do not govern client work. If we work together, a separate written agreement sets out exactly what we build, what it costs and what we promise, and that agreement takes priority over anything here.

GrowConversion ("we", "us") rebuilds websites for service businesses and measures how they perform. You can reach us at alex@growconversion.io.
02What this site is
This site describes our services and how we work. It is information, not an offer: nothing on it becomes a commitment from either of us until we both sign a written agreement.
03Applying and booking a call
Applying and booking a call are free and carry no obligation. Please give accurate information, because we prepare for every call using what you tell us.
Our form decides automatically whether to offer a call, based on your revenue band and whether you have traffic for a better page to convert. That answer is about fit, not a judgment of your business. We may decline any application or ask to reschedule a call, and we will tell you if we do.
04Prices and proposals
We do not publish prices, because every site is scoped differently. We quote on the call once we have seen your site. A quote is only binding once it is written into an agreement we have both signed, and only for as long as that agreement says.
05Client work and our refinement commitment
Client work is governed by the written agreement we sign together. If anything on this site conflicts with that agreement, the agreement wins.
This site describes our refinement commitment: if a rebuild does not improve your conversion rate or lead quality, measured against your own numbers from before the rebuild, we keep refining it free for up to three months. It is a commitment to further work, not a refund. How the starting numbers are measured, what counts as an improvement, and what we need from you to measure it fairly, such as steady traffic and access to tracking, are set out in the agreement.
06Examples and illustrations
Numbers on this site that are marked as examples or illustrations show how our tools and methods work. They are not results from a particular client, and they are not a forecast of yours.
Results depend on your traffic, your offer, your market and many things outside our control. We do not promise any specific result unless a written agreement says so.
07Reviews and advice
Any free review, audit or advice we give you, on a call, in a message or in writing, is general guidance based on what we can see publicly. It is given in good faith but without a guarantee, and you decide what to act on.
08What you send us
When you send us a website address or other material, you confirm you are allowed to share it. You let us view, screenshot and analyse it in order to respond to you. We will not publish it or use it as an example without your permission.
09What belongs to us
This site and everything on it, including its text, design, code and graphics, the CCO Model and GrowSignal names, and the frameworks we describe, belong to GrowConversion. You are welcome to read, share links to and refer to it. Please do not copy or republish it, use it to build a competing service, or use it to train an AI system without our written permission.
10Using the site fairly
Please do not:
- submit false information, or someone else’s details without their permission
- send automated or bulk submissions, or scrape the site
- try to get around its security, overload it, or interfere with how it works
- use it for anything unlawful
We may block access from anyone who does.
11Other services
The site uses services run by others, such as the booking calendar, the video player and Meta’s platforms, and it may link to other websites. Their own terms and policies apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.
12Disclaimer
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
13Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of this site. Because the site is free to use, our total liability for anything arising from using it is limited to one hundred Canadian dollars.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here affects the terms of a signed client agreement.
14Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and of the province in which GrowConversion is registered. Any dispute about them will be heard by the courts of that province, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
15Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top, and the version shown here is the one that applies to your use of the site from then on.
