GrowConversion rebuilds websites for service businesses and measures how visitors move through them. This policy explains what we collect when you visit growconversion.io, apply, book a call, message us, ask us to review your website, or fill in one of our lead forms on Meta platforms. It covers why we collect it, who helps us process it, how long we keep it, and how to have it corrected or removed.
The short version: we collect what we need to decide whether we can help you and to run the call you asked for. We do not sell your information, and we do not buy it.
01Who we are
GrowConversion ("we", "us") is responsible for the information described in this policy. You can reach us at alex@growconversion.io. Write to that address if you need our postal address.
02What we collect
- When you apply. Your name, email address, website, business type, monthly revenue band, current conversion setup, and whether you run paid traffic. You give us these through the form on this site or a Meta lead form.
- When you book a call. Your name, email address, the time you chose and anything you add to the booking.
- When you message us. If you message us on Instagram, your messages, your profile name and handle, and any links you send us, which we receive through Meta.
- When you ask us to review a website. The address you give us and the publicly visible content of that page, including screenshots we take of it. We look only at what any visitor could see.
- When you browse. Pages viewed, how far down each page you read, how long you stay, which sections you stop at, what you click, the type of device and browser, and the ad or link that brought you. This comes from our own analytics, which stores no name or email against it, sets no cookies, stores no IP address and does not follow you to other websites.
- When you watch our video. Whether you pressed play and how far you watched, measured by us and by the service that streams the video.
- From Meta. If an ad brought you here, Meta tells us that a conversion happened and which campaign it came from.
03How we use it
To decide whether we can help you, to prepare for and hold a call you asked for, to reply to you, to review a website you asked us to look at, to measure which advertising is worth continuing, to improve this site, and to keep it working and secure.
We do not sell your information, we do not buy lists, and we do not use what you tell us for anything unrelated to working with you.
04Automatic decisions
Our application form decides on the spot whether to offer you a call. It looks at two answers only: your monthly revenue band, and whether you have traffic for a better page to convert. Nothing else about you is assessed automatically.

05Why we are allowed to
We rely on your consent, which you give by submitting a form, booking a call or messaging us, and on our legitimate interest in running, measuring and improving the business. You can withdraw consent at any time, and we will stop using your information for anything that depended on it.
07Where it is processed
Several of these providers are based in the United States, so your information may be stored or processed outside the country where you live, under that country’s laws. We choose established providers that protect the data they handle, and we send each one only what its job requires.
08Email from us
If you apply and do not book a call, we may send you one follow-up email about your application. Every email we send carries a working unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops all further email from us. We honour it immediately and keep a record of the address so it is not contacted again.
09How long we keep it
Applications, messages and booking records are kept for two years from your last contact with us, so we can recognise you if you come back and answer questions about work we did. Website reviews are kept for the same period. Analytics is kept for two years in a form that is not linked to your name or email. Unsubscribe records are kept indefinitely, because their whole purpose is that they must not be forgotten.
10Security
Information travels to us encrypted, and access to it is limited to the people who run GrowConversion and the providers listed above. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach ever creates a real risk of significant harm to you, we will tell you and the authorities the law requires us to tell.
11Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask for a copy, object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent. Email alex@growconversion.io and we will respond within thirty days. We may need to confirm it is you before acting on a request.
If you are in Canada and are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you can complain to your local data protection authority. Wherever you are, we honour these requests.
13Children
This site is for business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under eighteen.
14Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use information we already hold, we will email you about it where we have your address.
